2| Alt name you would like the commission for (Incase if anything ever happens)
3| A referance of your character
4| Color Code
5| Species
6| Gender
7| If you would like any specific pose of your character, please state so.
8| If you would like a certain expression on your characters face, please state so.
9| If you have any unremappable items on your character, please state so. Along with what colors the unremappable items are.
10| Anything else that you would like us to know that would be able to help us make your portrait even greater!
